1. Prihvatanje Uslova

Dobrodošao na FitVibes! Korišćenjem naše veb stranice fitvibestd.com i mobilne aplikacije, pristaješ da se pridržavaš ovih Uslova Korišćenja. Ako se ne slažeš sa bilo kojim delom ovih uslova, molimo te da ne koristiš naše usluge.

Ovi uslovi predstavljaju pravno obavezujući ugovor između tebe i FitVibes.

⚠️ VAŽNO OBAVEŠTENJE - ODRICANJE OD MEDICINSKE ODGOVORNOSTI

FitVibes NIJE medicinski servis i ne pruža medicinske savete. Sav sadržaj, uključujući planove ishrane, kalorijske kalkulatore i fitnes preporuke, namenjen je isključivo informativnim i edukativnim svrhama.

Pre početka bilo kog programa ishrane ili vežbanja, konsultuj se sa kvalifikovanim lekarom ili nutricionistom, posebno ako imaš bilo kakve zdravstvene probleme, alergije ili uzimaš lekove.

FitVibes ne preuzima odgovornost za bilo kakve zdravstvene posledice koje mogu nastati korišćenjem naših usluga.

2. Opis Usluga

FitVibes pruža sledeće usluge:

  • Kalkulatore kalorija i BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Bazu podataka sa receptima i namirnicama
  • Personalizovane planove ishrane (automatski generisane)
  • Praćenje obroka i kalorija
  • Praćenje fitnes napretka
  • Blog sa edukativnim sadržajem o ishrani i fitnesu
  • Mobilnu aplikaciju za Android (Google Play)

Sve usluge su trenutno besplatne. Zadržavamo pravo da uvedemo premium opcije u budućnosti.

3. Korisnički Nalog

3.1 Registracija

  • Moraš biti stariji od 13 godina da bi se registrovao
  • Podaci koje daješ moraju biti tačni i ažurirani
  • Odgovoran si za čuvanje lozinke i bezbednost naloga
  • Ne smeš deliti svoj nalog sa drugima

3.2 Brisanje Naloga

  • Možeš obrisati svoj nalog u bilo kom trenutku iz podešavanja profila
  • Brisanje naloga je trajno i ne može se poništiti
  • Podaci se čuvaju 30 dana za backup, zatim se trajno brišu

4. Prihvatljivo Korišćenje

4.1 Dozvoljeno

  • Korišćenje servisa za lične fitnes i nutritivne ciljeve
  • Deljenje recepata i sadržaja putem social media (uz kredit FitVibes-u)
  • Čuvanje kopije vaših podataka

4.2 Zabranjeno

Zabranjeno je:

  • Kreiranje lažnih naloga ili predstavljanje kao druga osoba
  • Zloupotreba servisa (spam, hakovanje, SQL injection, DDoS napadi)
  • Kopiranje, preuzimanje ili prodaja naših recepata bez dozvole
  • Korišćenje botova ili automatizovanih alata za scraping podataka
  • Deljenje uvredljivog, mrzilačkog ili neprikladnog sadržaja
  • Korišćenje servisa za komercijalne svrhe bez dozvole
  • Zaobilaženje sigurnosnih funkcija ili ograničenja

4.3 Posledice Kršenja

Ako prekršite ove uslove, možemo:

  • Suspendovati ili trajno zabraniti tvoj nalog
  • Ukloniti tvoj sadržaj
  • Obustaviti pristup našim uslugama
  • Preduzeti pravne mere ako je potrebno

5. Intelektualna Svojina

5.1 Naš Sadržaj

Svi sadržaji na FitVibes (recepti, kalkulatori, dizajn, logotip, kod) su vlasništvo FitVibes-a i zaštićeni su zakonom o autorskim pravima.

  • Ne smeš kopirati, distribuirati ili prodavati naš sadržaj bez dozvole
  • Možeš deliti linkove ka našem sajtu i aplikaciji
  • Možeš deliti screenshot-ove sa kreditom (npr. "Izvor: FitVibes")

5.2 Tvoj sadržaj

Zadržavaš vlasništvo nad podacima koje uneseš (obroci, napomene, fotografije). Međutim, daješ nam dozvolu da koristimo te podatke za pružanje usluga i analizu (anonimizovano).

6. Ograničenje Odgovornosti

FitVibes se pruža "AS IS" (KAKO JESTE) bez ikakvih garancija.

  • Ne garantujemo da će usluge biti uvek dostupne ili bez grešaka
  • Ne odgovaramo za gubitak podataka, neuspeh u postizanju fitnes ciljeva, ili zdravstvene komplikacije
  • Ne odgovaramo za štetu nastalu korišćenjem naših kalorijskih kalkulatora ili planova ishrane
  • Ne odgovaramo za alergijske reakcije ili zdravstvene probleme uzrokovane receptima
  • Ne odgovaramo za sadržaj trećih strana (linkovi, reklame)

Maksimalna odgovornost FitVibes-a ograničena je na iznos koji si platio za usluge (trenutno €0).

7. Izmene Uslova

Možemo ažurirati ove Uslove Korišćenja s vremena na vreme. Značajne promene će biti objavljene na sajtu sa najmanje 7 dana unapred.

Nastavak korišćenja servisa nakon izmena znači da prihvataš nove uslove.

8. Prekid Usluga

Zadržavamo pravo da:

  • Privremeno obustavimo servis za održavanje ili ažuriranje
  • Trajno zatvorimo FitVibes sa obaveštenjem od 30 dana
  • Uklonimo određene funkcije ili sadržaje

U slučaju trajnog zatvaranja, obezbedićemo alat za izvoz vaših podataka.

9. Spoljni Linkovi

FitVibes može sadržati linkove ka eksternim veb sajtovima (npr. Google Play, Instagram). Ne odgovaramo za sadržaj ili politike tih sajtova.

  • Plausible Analytics - analitika
  • Instagram - društvene mreže

10. Maloletnici

FitVibes je namenjen korisnicima starijim od 13 godina. Korisnici između 13 i 18 godina moraju imati dozvolu roditelja ili staratelja.

Roditelji/staratelji su odgovorni za nadgledanje upotrebe FitVibes-a od strane maloletnika.

11. Primenjivo Pravo

Ovi Uslovi Korišćenja regulisani su zakonima Republike Srbije. Svi sporovi će se rešavati u nadležnim sudovima u Srbiji.

  • Blog with educational content on nutrition and fitness
  • Android mobile application (Google Play)

All services are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce premium options in the future.

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to register
  • Information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date
  • You are responsible for protecting your password and account security
  • You may not share your account with others

3.2 Account Deletion

  • You can delete your account at any time from profile settings
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • Data is retained for 30 days for backup, then permanently deleted

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted

  • Using the service for personal fitness and nutritional goals
  • Sharing recipes and content via social media (with credit to FitVibes)
  • Saving a copy of your data

4.2 Prohibited

The following is prohibited:

  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Service abuse (spam, hacking, SQL injection, DDoS attacks)
  • Copying, downloading, or selling our recipes without permission
  • Using bots or automated tools for data scraping
  • Sharing offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
  • Using the service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Bypassing security features or restrictions

4.3 Consequences of Violation

  • Remove your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (meals, notes, photos). However, you grant us permission to use that data to provide services and analytics (anonymized).

6. Limitation of Liability

FitVibes is provided "AS IS" without any warranties.

  • We do not guarantee that services will always be available or error-free
  • We are not responsible for data loss, failure to achieve fitness goals, or health complications
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by using our calorie calculators or meal plans
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health problems caused by recipes
  • We are not responsible for third-party content (links, ads)

FitVibes' maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services (currently €0).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the site at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates
  • Permanently close FitVibes with 30 days' notice
  • Remove certain features or content

In case of permanent closure, we will provide a tool to export your data.

9. External Links

FitVibes may contain links to external websites (e.g., Google Play, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

10. Minors
